SESSION DETAILS
When searching for a portrait photographer, it’s important to view their galleries to make sure the photographer is a right fit for what you are looking for. My pricing reflects the high standards and care that I put into each of my images. Custom photography is art.
The session can take place in our studio, at your home or at any other location of your preference.
I think that the best photographs are taken when the subject is in a comfortable environment; since lighting, weather and human temperament are subject to change at any time, I will be glad to work with you to find the perfect day and time to take your photographs.
Each session will last about 1 ½ to 2 hrs.
A sitting fee will be charged. For pricing and availability please contact us.
I am available for travel, please ask for details.
The sitting fee includes:
- Photographers time/talent
- Online proof gallery of 30-40 images
- Minor photo retouching
- Portrait session for up to 6 people, any pet counts as 1 person.
- Telephone or in person consultation of location, style and clothing
The session fee is non refundable has to be paid in full when you book your session in order to block your date and time choice.
You can send a check to make your wire transfer for payment.
All pricing is subject to change without previous notice.
If you should cancel a session date or hour please do so 48 hours in advance so your session fee can be applied towards another session date.
I am usually booked one month in advance so if you plan to book a session please do it ASAP. I always leave room for newborns so please contact me with your aprox. due date to keep you in calendar.
WHAT TO WEAR?
You will receive an E-Welcome packet when you book your session with information regarding the session and clothing, after you review it we can discuss more details about clothing for your specific photo shoot.
No matter what you choose to wear to your session, I think it is important that everybody feels comfortable. Uncomfortable people take uncomfortable pictures.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
Please refer to the CLIENTS section of the website to log to your gallery
Two weeks after your session you will receive an email with the password to your private gallery where you can review all your proofs. You will also receive a product guide with all the products and pricing information. You can place your order directly in our store.
If you prefer a personal ordering session please contact me to set a date and time.
Please note that your gallery will be available only for 1 week.
The prints will be ready 2 to 3 weeks after ordering.

All images taken at photo sessions are property of Martha Bravo and will be kept in file for 1 year should you need any subsequent prints.
Images created during each portrait session may be used for professional purposes. These may include, but are not limited to, using images for portfolio, website, advertising, display, contests and peer review.
The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies.
It is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without my permission, and violators of these Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
